Nursery Fundraiser

Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party at nursery chains, crèches, baby & toddler groups and children centres

NCT Cheeky Monkeys Tea Parties are held across the UK every year between May and September and provide a great opportunity to get together and raise money to aid the vital work of the NCT. We are asking all nurseries,crèches and baby & toddler groups get involved in hosting an NCT Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party this year.

NCT Cheeky Monkeys Tea Parties are very easy to run and there are so many things you can do. We think fundraising should be FUN so go bananas with these hints and tips below or bring your own to the party:

promote creativity by finding out who is the best jungle animal cartoonist
have a treasure hunt, jungle/rainforest themed day
use our Tea Quiz, word search, arts and crafts or create your own to bring fun to the party
hold a jungle story time, sing songs with the kids... " I went to the jungle one day"

You can be as creative as you want as long as it is legal. We are also her to help if you have any questions or have some good ideas that we can pass to our fundraisers.

This year the NCT Cheeky Monkeys Tea Parties are raising funds for the development of the NCT Postnatal Line to help parents with queries about pregnancy, birth, caring for their baby or adjusting to becoming a mum or a dad.

Every penny you raise helps with as little as £50 will enable us to help 10 new parents cope with the challenge of becoming a parent; help us to be there for them.

"We raised money for NCT by holding a Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party in 2009. The children had lots of fun taking part in the monkey-themed activities such as Banana Hunt and Throw the banana in the Monkeys Mouth. We also organised a face painting, colouring competition and a cake sale. The children enjoyed to part in the monkey-themed activities and we will definitely hold another one next year as the children had lots of fun."

Registration costs £10, this is the amount to we ask you to pay to cover the cost of sending you our fundraising pack. We will send you an email how to pay the money in after we have received your tea party registration.
