The Clapham NCT can help you beat the credit crunch and save money on quality baby clothes, toys, books and equipment.  The dates for 2010 are:

Saturday 27 February 2010 - winter/spring clothes

Saturday 5 June 2010 – spring/summer clothes

Saturday 25 September 2010 – autumn/winter clothes

We are making a couple of changes to our sale format in 2010 to respond to feedback from our customers and sellers.

- Priority entry extended to first 100 (from 50) NCT members

- Sales will commence at 9.30am and close at 12noon.  Free entry will be from 11am.

Our sales are always very popular and can get a bit crowded first thing as people look for large equipment bargains.  We recommend coming along a bit later on if you are just interested in browsing the clothing stalls.  Don't miss out on the delicious homemade cakes on sale in our cafe.  The sale is a buggy free zone, but we have ample secure outdoor buggy storage (don't forget those raincovers if it is wet!).

There will also be the Clapham NCT information stand in the foyer, where you can come and chat to members of the branch committee and get information about our antenatal and postnatal events and activities.

Funds raised by the sale allow the Clapham NCT to continue offering vital local antenatal and postnatal activities and services, and allow the national charity to train new antenatal teachers, breastfeeding counsellors and postnatal leaders, and to operate essential support lines including the pregnancy and breastfeeding helplines.

So, please support the Clapham NCT by:

1) Shopping at our sales, eating our cakes and drinking our coffees & teas 

2) Booking a sale table - ideal if you need to create more space at home (Cost £30/table money to NCT, you keep whatever you make on the day.  Guidance and booking form below).

3) Volunteering to help with the running of the sale on the day.  It is great fun!
