This is a standard NCT refresher course covering topics such as previous birth experiences and integrating your new baby into family life. 

The evening sessions will be held at The Exhibit in Balham close to the station. The women only sessions will be held at the teacher's home for a relaxing environment. 

The course is open to all parents expecting a second or subsequent baby and is ideal for those expecting their babies in May - July.

 Full course dates are as follows: 

Monday 15th March 10am  - 1pm  Women only. Held at teachers home 

Thursday 18th March 7pm - 9pm

Tuesday 23rd March 10am  - 1pm  Women only. Held at teachers home 

Wednesday 24th March 7pm - 9pm

Friday 26th March 10-1.15pm Breastfeeding session to be held at SW18 2QQ

The evening sessions will be held at The Exhibit in Balham close to the station. The women only sessions will be held at the teacher's home for a relaxing environment. 

Our classes are open to couples, or women attending alone.  Where possible, sessions are geared towards group requirements to help you get the most out of the course. Subjects covered will usually include: ·         Current birth and early parenthood matters·         Discussing your past birth experiences·         Integrating you baby into family life·         Sibling rivalry·         Your wishes and hopes for this pregnancy Concessions are available for places on this course; please enquire in confidence about these. This course is for a maximum of 6 couples/women, but the actual number attending will be dependent on the teacher or local demand.  For further information, or to request a booking on this course, please fill out the enquiry form below.  You should expect a response within 7 days.

NCT courses are open to all parents and parents-to-be, including young parents, women without a partner, same-sex couples and surrogacy couples. Antenatal course places are for up to two people and women who are not attending with a partner are very welcome to bring someone else along to classes, for example a friend or family member. Additionally, in some areas we offer antenatal courses specifically for women-only and courses for young parents. Some Early Days Groups are also women-only. To find out about local availability of these courses enquire with your booking contact.

Please be aware that demand for NCT courses is high in many areas. If we are oversubscribed we always try to put on extra courses - so do register your interest as early as you can.
