Early Days Courses are an opportunity for new parents to give some time and thought to themselves and to the effect that having a baby has had on their lives.
The meetings are designed to help parents feel confident about the decisions and choices that they make for themselves and for their baby.
It's a chance to meet other new parents, discuss the reality of life with a new baby, explore different approaches to important parenting issues and generally have time to reflect on the way life has changed.
This course is running on Wednesday afternoons from 2pm to 4pm
