NCT North West London is a powerful network of parents who could be your customers.

The North West London branch covers a large area of London (all NW postocodes except NW7) ranging from Hampstead to Queens Park, Golders Green to Primrose Hill, and membership is constantly growing and is tipping 2000.

As well as very popular antenatal classes, we hold two NCT Nearly New Sales a year, publish a newsletter to members three times a year, run e-groups by due date, hold postnatal coffee mornings in each of the postcodes covered, run Bumps & Babies groups for pregnant women and parents of young babies and other social events for parents and families.

Newsletter advertising

The newsletter is an A5 booklet published three times a year in February, June and September and posted directly to our branch members. Additional copies are printed for circulation at NCT drop-in groups, postnatal groups, antenatal classes, children's centres etc. for information for prospective members and the community. Our print run is currently 2000.

New copy can be supplied for each issue when ads have been bought for the year ahead.

JPGs are the preferred format to receive ads although we can work with pdfs.
Ads in Word form may attract an additional fee for formatting.

NCT Nearly New Sales

NCT Nearly New Sales give parents and the opportunity to buy and sell good quality nearly-new children and baby clothes, toys and equipment. The sales are open to all, members and non-members alike. The branch holds two NCT Nearly New Sales a year, in March and October.

You can place flyers in goody bags given to buyers. This usually costs £25 (no VAT applicable) per insert per sale (usually 150-200 bags) and discounts are available for multiple insertions.The next sale is on Saturday 9 October 2010. Antenatal Inserts

You can also advertise by placing flyers in the packs sent to parents-to-be who have booked NCT antenatal classes. This costs £100 + VAT per 150 flyers. We are currently booking over 100 couples a month.

2010 nwlondonkids Under-5's guide

nwlondonkids is a new guide being published this Spring, with full listings of parent and baby/toddler groups, Children's Centre drop-ins, rhyme times, music groups, art and swimming classes. The guide is grouped into three areas: NW1, NW3, NW5 & NW8 (Primrose Hill, Hampstead, Kentish Town and St John's Wood); NW2, NW6 & NW10 (Cricklewood, Willesden Green, Queens Park and Kensal Rise); and NW4, NW9 & NW11 (Hendon, Kingsbury, Golders Green and Hampstead Garden Suburb). It will be updated each year.

The guide will be an A5 black and white 50-page booklet, with an initial print run of 500 which will be sold direct from the N W London branch and at independent retailers (children's boutiques and family-friendly cafés) across North West London, for £3. It will reach a wider audience than just NCT members and early feedback has been very positive.
