Welcome

Run by local parents, we offer support, information and friendship to new parents and parents-to-be. We run three sessions a week at a local soft play centre, open to all, and hold regular coffee mornings in members' homes.

As well as antenatal courses for first-time parents, we also offer refresher courses for those who have already had at least one baby. Our courses all vary slightly because each course is designed around the group of people who are on the course to meet their needs; but they all aim to prepare you for the birth and parenthood.

We are now also pleased to offer Early Days (Postnatal courses), run by a qualified postnatal leader. These courses are for those with new babies to help parents make the adjustment to being parents and learn more about caring for themselves and their new baby.
