Early Days Postnatal Discussion Group - C162

This six-week course is designed to help you increase your confidence as a new mum, and is suitable for mums with babies up to six-months old. The courses are parent-focused and are there to provide a forum for you to talk about how you are finding early parenthood. Various topics such as expectations versus realities of parenthood', sleeping and crying, and/or returning to work may be discussed, but issues are chosen by the group in the first week, so each course is tailored to the clients attending - it provides a great opportunity to explore issues in a supportive and intimate environment.

C231 - Taunton - early June babies

This course is to prepare either couples or individuals for their birth experience. It covers labour including types of birth, positions to help labour and birth, pain relief, early days of parenting and a session on breastfeeding. It is ideal for anybody expecting a baby in late MAY/JUNE 2010 approx. There is also an option to pay by installments or there are reduced fees available for those on incomes below £25,000.
