Welcome to the Woking Branch of the NCT

Run by local parents, we provide support, information and friendship to new parents and parents-to-be. We offer a range of services including: antenatal and postnatal courses, nearly new sales, homebirth and breastfeeding support, a bra fitting service, buddies for new mums, groups for bumps, babies and toddlers, coffee mornings and much much more. Vacancies

Volunteers, parents and expectant parents run our branch. You don’t need to take on huge tasks, just commit whatever time you can. It is a great way to learn new skills, make new friends, and represent the NCT. We currently have the following vacancies:

EASTER EGG HUNT

You, your friends and your little bunnies are invited to join in the fun at the NCT Woking Branch Easter Egg Hunt 2010 on Saturday 3 April. The first race begins at 2.15pm and there is a rumour that the Easter Bunny will be there himself! Visit the events page to find out more.

CAKE TINS FOR HIRE

Is your little one approaching their first, second or third birthday? If so, we now have cake tins in the shape of numbers 1, 2 and 3 to hire - as well as 0 in case you are celebrating a 10, 20 or 30 year anniversary/birthday! The tins are available to hire for £3 a week each (plus a £10 cash refundable deposit) with all proceeds going to Woking NCT. BABY CAFE LAUNCHED IN WOKING

Woking's new Baby Cafe is now up and running every Monday from 10am-12.00 at the YPOD Centre, Chobham Road GU21 6JD. Come along for a cup of tea or coffee and chat to other mums. One to one help with breastfeeding from a health visitor or NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor is available if you need it.  See www.thebabycafe.org or ring 07770 876958 for more information.

COMFORTABLE AND STYLISH MATERNITY BRAS FOR PREGNANT / BREASTFEEDING MUMS

Book an appointment with Donna Hunt, our branch bra agent for a fitting from the NCT's wide range of comfortable and stylish maternity / breastfeeding bras. All fittings are free with no obligation to buy but if you would like to make an order this can be taken by Donna during your appointment.
