Easter Egg Hunt 2009

The Woking branch of the NCT held its annual Easter egg hunt on Sunday 5th April, raising over £200 with lots of eggs and fun in the sun. The hunt which was held just outside Woking in the garden of a committee members home in Elm Corner included races for tiddlers, toddlers, infants and juniors.  It also included the traditional egg and spoon race.  Prizes were kindly donated by Marks and Spencer.   Lisa Jay, chair of NCT Woking branch, said, “The sun shone for the children’s afternoon of fun finding eggs but the highlight was when the Easter Bunny made an appearance to many squeals of delight from the children’.

The NCT is the leading charity for pregnancy, birth and parenting in the UK. Woking branch offers a range of services to support expectant and new parents.
